shipping policy
All orders placed before 4 pm Pacific Standard Time will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed after 4 pm will be considered placed the following day and will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours. Our standard shipping is Priority Mail through USPS, unless another method is requested and accepted by Glowology. While it is not guaranteed, once shipped your package will normally arrive within 2-4 business days.
Our expedited shipping is Express Mail through USPS. Once shipped, your package is guaranteed either next day or 2-day delivery based on your delivery location. Please call 888.400.5454 with any questions.
