How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders placed before 4 pm Pacific Standard Time will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed after 4 pm will be considered placed the following day and will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours. Our standard shipping is Priority Mail through USPS. While it is not guaranteed, once shipped your package will normally arrive within 2-4 business days.
Can I expedite my order?
Yes. Please choose express mail during checkout or call 888.400.5454 for expedited shipments.

What if I want to return Glowology product?
We stand behind our products 100%! If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason you may return it. We ask that you do so within 14 days of receipt. Simply send us the product and a copy of the original invoice. Please include your contact information so we can expedite the return.
