Coconut
Coconut oil’s wide range of skin effects include nutritive, cleansing, moisturizing, anti-bacterial, anti-oxidant and healing properties. It also conditions skin, relieves dryness and flaking, prevents wrinkles and protects from the damaging effects of UV radiation from sun. Lathers readily and softens skin.

Glycerin
Glycerin is a by-product of soap manufacturing and is a clear, syrupy liquid, derived from vegetable oil and obtained by adding alkalies to fats and fixed oils. It is a solvent, humectant and emollient in many skin care products, as it absorbs moisture from the air and thereby helps products retain their moisture. It improves the spreadability of products and has definite skin moisturizing benefits.

Honey
Honey is the nectar produced in flowers and then collected and stored by bees. It is composed of a variety of sugars, wax and other substances, including citric, malic, formic and lactic acids; beta carotene; enzymes; amino acids and vitamins. It is used as an emollient in skin care and creates a watertight film, allowing skin to rehydrate itself.  Moisturizing, softening, sweet and fragrant.

Soy
Soybean Oil is one of the most important oils produced today. It contains about 60% polyunsaturated fatty acids and is a good source of vitamin E, used frequently in soaps and bath products. The oil obtained by soybeans is extracted and consists of oleic, linolenic and saturated acids which have emollient properties. Ancient cultures used soybeans for their protein, oil and lecithin content, as lecithin is believed to be a superior moisturizing agent that helps soften skin.

Directions for Use

In the shower, apply Bubbling Exfoliant to damp skin massaging in an upward, circular motion. Rinse or remove with a washcloth for further exfoliation. Follow with your favorite Glowology moisturizer: Lovely Body Lotion for normal or sensitive skin, or Opulent Body Butter for extremely dry skin.  For optimal results, use at least once a week.
